Eddy’s wife Sibby is your first contact in organising a Peak Sportfishing Charter. She handles all facets of the day to day running of the operation, and will oversee off-water elements to ensure your trip runs smoothly from the time your dates are booked. A full-time nurse and mum to their daughter Jessie, Sibby is an organisational whiz who will knowledgeably and efficiently answer all your questions prior to your arrival.
